eRT Product User Groups - There are North American and European User Groups for each eRT product - eSite Monitor, eData Entry, eSafety Net, eStudy Conduct and eData Management. These independent, nonprofit User Groups, chaired and administered by members of the client community, provide an ongoing forum for sharing experiences and learning about new product advancements. In addition, interactions with eRT Customer Services and Development staff allow clients to provide input regarding the future direction of eRT products.

eRT Biotechnology Focus Group - eRT hosts monthly meetings to discuss current industry topics. These sophisticated and high-level Focus Groups are held for the benefit of the biotechnology community and are part of eRT's ongoing commitment to the industry. Speakers are pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and software industry experts, including many of the eRT staff.

If any customer not currently attending user group meetings would like to become more involved, please call eRT or contact the Chairperson for each product. The User Groups are continually looking for more support so that they may address the issues that are specifically important to each company. The success of each meeting is dependent upon each customer's input.
