The TeleAM® remote patient-monitoring system is designed to improve healthcare for patients living with chronic diseases including, diabetes, hypertension, COPD, asthma and CHF.
TeleAM® transmits recorded patient data wirelessly via GSM/GPRS to either a centralized database or to the secure web portal where a full back-end data management solution is also offered. The TeleAM® also has an option to transmit data via standard POTS and internet lines. To make the TeleAM® as convenient as possible for the patient, all questions and instructions are available in almost any language, including Kanji and Cyrillic characters sets.
