Title: Academy Trainer

Division: Academy

Location: Peterborough, UK

Duties: Assumes a role in terms of defining, developing, maintaining and delivering standard, web and custom courses to clients, partners and employees.

Qualifications and Skills Needed

Degree: College Degree with a major in Business Administration, Computer Science or Education.

Years Of Relevent Experience: 1-2 years of eRT Experience with at least 5 years of related business experience in training or 3-4 years experience in training software products.

Computer Skills Needed: Working knowledge of Microsoft office, Microsoft Project, Outlook, Oracle, Windows and NT Operating systems and OLAP tools.

Travel Requirements: 80% - 100% travel required.

Other Requirements:

• Knowledge of the Pharmaceutical Industry or Regulated Industry.
• High-level knowledge of all products.
• Understanding the eRT technical architecture components necessary to support education activities.
• Excellent communication skills. Must possess the ability to clearly represent eRT Systems, organization and business practice to project personnel both verbally and in writing.
• Demonstration of interpersonal skills necessary to maintain positive relationships with clients, partners and employees.
