Title: Business Development Associate

Location: UK

Division: Business Development

Duties:

• Identifying new possible opportunities through daily research in existing marketing tools and the internet
• Telemarketing with the objective of securing follow up phone calls or meetings for the appropriate field BD Director
• Qualifying all leads generated from:
  • Incoming leads/calls to Customer Care
  • Trade Shows
  • Responses from any marketing activities (Webinars, workshops, etc.)
• Field Travel with existing BD Directors on introductory leads of significant size or importance
• Support/assist field BD Directors with equipment or product demonstrations as needed
• Proposal and deal initiation activity related to eRT Partnership opportunities:
  • Facilitate communication between eRT and partner business development
  • Utilize Procuri proposal request and contact management software

Qualifications and Skills Needed

Degree: Bachelor’s degree

Years of Relevant Experience:

• 3+ years direct experience with customers in operational, training, or sales environment
• Operational or Project Management experience in clinical research environment preferred
• Current knowledge and experience with eRT or other Cardiac Safety research services preferred

Computer Skills Needed: Proficiency in MS Office applications

Travel Requirements: 5-10%
