Title: Systems Support Specialist

Division: Information Technology

Location: Philadelphia, PA

Duties: Serves as the primary customer and systems support person at each location.

Qualifications and Skills Needed

Degree: College Degree with a major in Computer Science or Management Information Systems, or up to 12 months of eResearchTechnology experience with at least 2 years of related business experience.

Computer Skills Needed: Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, Windows NT, Windows 2000 and Windows XP desktop operating systems.

Travel Requirements: No travel required.

Other Requirements: Demonstrated ability to understand and anticipate the needs of the employees and to provide solutions and recommendations that work in the real world as it relates to operations.

Excellent communication skills.

Demonstration of interpersonal skills necessary to maintain positive relationships with employee.
