Title: Systems Manager, Cardiac Systems
Implementation
Division: Cardiac Safety Implementation
Location: Philadelphia, PA
Duties: Provide technical and user expertise for Cardiac Safety systems through systems validation, implementation, and system performance management.
Qualifications and Skills Needed
Degree: Bachelor Degree required
Years of Relevant Experience:
- Systems implementation experience required including initial system evaluation through post-production performance.
- Systems validation experience preferred.
- Knowledge of ECG/Holter device functionality and/or cardiac endpoints is preferred.
Travel Requirements: No travel Required
Other Requirements:
- General knowledge of Pharmaceutical Regulatory practices as they pertain to use of electronic data collection and results reporting.
- Demonstrates a strong ability to identify, analyze and solve problems. Approach represents a keen understanding of user requirements and user behavior.
- Highly organized. Demonstrates a systematic approach in carrying out assignments.
- Ability to deal with changing priorities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills required.
- Ability to train system users, including create training materials and standard operating procedures.
