Title: Payroll and HR Analyst
Division: Human Resources
Location: Philadelphia, PA
Duties: To administer company payroll utilizing
ADP and ReportSmith as well as benefits programs such as health
insurance, COBRA, and eRT’s 401(k) plan. Design/develop
and maintain HR reporting metrics (via Excel, FoxPro and/or
ADP ReportSmith), and assist with general HR administrative
duties.
Qualifications and Skills Needed
Relevant Experience Required:
- Three to five years payroll experience, preferably ADP.
- 1-2 years generalized benefits experience.
- BS degree (or AA degree with equivalent experience) required
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local labor/personnel
laws and regulations.
- Ability to multi-task and exercise good judgment, tact
and confidentiality in all matters.
- Good communication skills and ability to work well with
others.
Computer Skills Needed:
- Excellent MS Office skills with Intermediate Excel skills.
- 2-4 years experience with Human Resource Information
Systems.
Travel Requirements: No travel required.
Other Requirements:
- Ability to multi-task and exercise good judgment, tact
and confidentiality in all matters.
- Good communication skills and ability to work well with
others.
Days and Hours: Full Time, Monday - Friday
