Title: Financial Analyst (Compensation)
Division: Finance
Location: Philadelphia
Duties: Calculate and summarize incentive
compensation financial data such as monthly and quarterly
internal commissions, third-party commissions and royalties,
annual bonuses and monthly stock option expenses.
Assist in the modeling of new compensation programs at least
annually and help develop budgets and forecasts. Makes recommendations
to HR for the design of compensation programs as appropriate.
Other responsibilities include administration of the stock
option program, coordination of monthly payroll-related journal
entries, monthly headcount and turnover schedule preparation.
Will assist HR on an as-needed basis with compensation surveys,
compliance projects, etc.
Qualifications and Skills Needed
Degree: BA or BS degree in Business, statistics,
economics, finance/or human resources is desired.
Years of Relevant Experience: 2-4 years of related business experience with 1 to 2 years experience with compensation.
Computer Skills Needed: Excellent computer skills, especially Excel, including modeling experience, and Access
Ability To Travel: Minimal travel required
Other Requirements:
- Working experience with sales compensation, long-term incentives/equity compensation and executive compensation is desirable.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Strong analytical skills, ability to summarize and material accurately is required.
- Ability to work effectively under tight timelines under tight deadlines.
