Title: Clinical Project Specialist

Division: Project Management

Location: Philadelphia

Duties: Responsible for assisting the Account Managers and Project Managers with all start-up, maintenance, monitoring, QC, and close-out activities for cardiac safety projects. Focuses on setup and maintenance activities, assisting with the resolutions of inter-departmental queries, gathering metrics, as well as administrative duties in support of Project Assurance.

Qualifications and Skills Needed

Degree: BA/BS – life sciences

Years of Relevant Experience: Knowledge of the pharmaceutical drug development process and/or cardiac safety procedures. 1+ years office Administration/Coordination experience preferred.

Computer Skills Needed: Experience with MS Office, Outlook, Word, Excel, and Powerpoint.

Ability To Travel: No travel required.

Other Requirements: Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
Must be able to work in a matrix managed organization – i.e., change of reporting lines regularly.
