Title: Customer Care Representative

Division: Customer Care

Location: Bridgewater, NJ

Duties: Provides a primary contact point between eResearchTechnology and its customer base through telephone support, e-mail and faxes, and responding to client questions/issues. Will provide front-line support and work closely with on-site and remote Cardiac Safety Management.

Qualifications and Skills Needed

Degree: Some College desired

Years of Relevant Experience: 2 years IT help desk or other IT support experience

Computer Skills Needed: PC, MS Word, Outlook

Travel Requirements: None

Other Requirements: Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry preferred; clinical research experience preferred. Experience supporting Windows 2000, Ethernet networking, TCP/IP, remote access using modems and database applications. Able to establish priorities, work independently, and handle/resolve recurring problems. Must be reliable and demonstrate commitment to shift hours.

Days and Hours:
Tuesday-Saturday, 3:00am-11:30am (shift differential included)
